Usage

Input sequences (up to 6, case-insensitive) in “Primer Sequence” entries, and click “Calculate”.

The GC% and Tm calculated with Nearest neighbor, Wallace and GC% methods would be displayed in a new window.

Modify Parameters

The default concentrations are 50 mM of salt and 500 nM of primer. Users can modify these concentration before clicking the “Calculate” button. Please be noticed that, only integer is acceptable for the concentration value.
